Cornerstone of Hope is blessed to have the support and dedication of over 100 volunteers who offer their time in some of the following ways:
- Assisting with fundraising activities (including securing silent or live auction donations, helping to plan fundraising events and/or volunteering at fundraising events);
- Helping facilitate seminars and/or programs (including preparing support group materials, assisting Counselors before, during, or after groups, etc.);
- Acting as members of the Board of Trustees or Advisory Board (This is a three-year commitment, with meetings held every other month. More information about board commitment responsibilities is available);
- Administrative and office assistance (including assistance with copies, mailings, etc.);
- Marketing (including designing and assisting with dispersal of brochures and flyers about Cornerstone and our programs);
- Camp Volunteers (lend a hand at one of Cornerstone’s one, two or three-day camps, including serving as a big buddy to a child attending camp, assisting with camp activities, helping with set-up and clean-up, and much more); and
- Sharing your story of healing with others (encourage others by sharing how you have dealt with the loss of your loved one and the hope you have found in your healing).
