About Us

Mission: Cornerstone of Hope is dedicated to providing support, education, and hope for the grieving.

Cornerstone offers comprehensive grief support services to those seeking support after the death of a loved one and to the professional community who serves the bereaved.

Cornerstone has special programs for grieving children, teens, and adults, including specific groups for young widows, those who have lost a child, and those affected by violent crimes, suicide, and neonatal loss, to name a few. For a complete list of our services, click on “Grief Support.”

Cornerstone also aims to improve existing programs and aid in establishing new services for the professional and corporate community who desire to serve the bereaved more effectively by offering educational workshops, training seminars, and partnership programs. Personnel in schools, hospices, funeral homes, hospitals, churches, corporations and various other organizations will benefit from the variety of programs targeted toward enhancing the response to those affected by grief.

Our Values: These core values provide the foundation for how we serve those in need.

  • Excellence — All of Cornerstone’s support groups and individual counseling are conducted by qualified bereavement professionals who have a combined 50-plus years of experience.

Our clinical personnel are bereavement experts. Their experience spans from group facilitation, creative therapy, and individual support, to program development and implementation. Read More About Our Staff

As a non-profit organization, we are diligent as to how our resources are used in order to ensure that a minimum of 75% of all received donations go directly to serving those in need.

  • Compassion — We employ a listening and caring staff to welcome all who enter and walk along side our clients on their grief journey.
