Cornerstone of Hope exists because, in this life, the unthinkable sometimes happens. A child dies before his parents. A husband or wife dies, leaving their spouse and children at a loss for how to go on living. A student dies, leaving a school reeling over the shock and sorrow. In your loneliness, you desperately need to connect with those who understand. When we are left without the smile and the touch of the one who we loved so dearly, we need a hand to hold, to pull us out of the pit and the pain.

The Rich DiGeronimo Memorial Golf Outing: Hosted by Independence Excavating at Sawmill Creek Resort in Huron, Ohio, this annual event honors and remembers Rich DiGeronimo for his amazing commitment and generosity to the community.  His legacy continues to make a difference today for grieving families in northeast Ohio as the proceeds support Cornerstone of Hope’s programs.  The event includes games and prizes, a silent auction, food and much more. Join us on Friday, June 15, 2012 at Sawmill Creek for a shot-gun start at 10:00 am (Registration begins at 8:30 am). Cornerstone of Hope’s 2012 Camp Campaign
This year, Cornerstone of Hope is fundraising to help cover the expenses of providing our four camps free of cost.   These camps allow children and teens to work through their emotions of losing a sibling, parent, or family member, while enjoying traditional camp activities with others who have also had a loss. It is a safe space, where they can openly express their feelings and experiences.  Your gift at any level will help us give a grieving child or teen a memorable summer where they can learn, grow, and have fun. As we embark on this ninth year, we are amazed at how God truly has used Cornerstone to be a catalyst for grief support.  Looking at our organization today, we know that God took the rein on what Cornerstone needed to be for those suffering the loss of a loved one.  We cannot thank you enough for your continual support.  We hope that your belief and trust in Cornerstone’s service only strengthens.  Your financial gift at any level allows us to continue our ministry to those who grieve.  We humbly ask for your participation in this year’s Annual Fund Campaign.
